on developing trainers, improving training delivery and providing resources

This website is for trainers. Particularly those of us who conduct on-the-job training or the type of one-on-one and small group training that doesn't quite fit the standard classroom model. We are hoping to develp a community of trainers, facilitators and assessors who practice their profession in the real world.
Of course any like minded individuals (or groups) who share an interest in training or improving training practices are more than welcome.
Over time and with a little of your help, you can expect to see this website grow with resources that will make training easier and more effective.
